Group exercise is a great way to have fun whilst getting fit.  At define Strength, we offer two 1 hour group sessions on a Sunday morning:

 

1) Beginner Group session - for those looking to get back into exercise or just starting out, this is a great option for you.

 

2) Intermediate/Advanced group session - This class is for those who already have experience in exercise and are looking for a challenge.

  • Fun exercise class

  • Focus on improving overall fitness levels

  • A chance to learn new exercises

  • Proper form always demonstrated

  • Warm up & cool down included

Intermediate/Advanced Group Session

- Sunday @ 10:45am
